- $150 per driveway off town road.
- Easement roads into subdivisions require driveway permit.
Building Permits
New Home Construction UDC permits through town contracted new construction inspector - Rhinelander Building Inspector - costs set by that office.
Building Permits are acquired through Oneida County Planning & Zoning - costs set by that office.

Alcohol Amended Ordinance
- Retail “Class A” Liquor - $300/year
- Retail “Class B” Liquor - $200/year
- Retail Class “A” Beer - $50/year
- Retail Class “B” Beer - $50/year
- Retail “Class C” Wine - $100/year
- Operator’s License (New & Renewal) - $10 for two years
- Cigarette license - $50/year
Penalty
$500 for each violation and license suspension, revocation, or non-renewal.

- Actual cost of copying records - 25¢/page
- Actual cost of locating records if the cost is more than $50 - $20/hour after first 1½ hours to locate

Town Hall Rental Fees
- $50 per day for residents and $100 per day for nonresidents
- Free for funeral of Pelican resident
- Free for Governmental meetings
- Free for fire dept volunteers’ immediate family use
- Free for Town Board members immediate family use

$75 for address signs installed by the Town crew
